1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "tk11", "platform", or "site" refers to the tk11casino.cam website and all services operated under it. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or accessed this platform.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all members of this platform. They take effect from the moment membership is accepted. Using any service provided on the platform means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

tk11 may amend these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after amended terms are published, you are considered to have accepted those changes.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on tk11, you must provide accurate and complete information. Required registration details include your full name, mobile number, and password. Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

The platform reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. tk11 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal services until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. The relevant member is responsible for any activity carried out from their account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

3 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register as a member and use services on tk11:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age — all casino and betting activities on this platform are for persons aged 21 and above only.
2. You must register using your own details; creating an account under someone else's identity is prohibited.
3. Your use of this platform must be permitted under the local laws applicable to you.
4. Any person whose previous account has been permanently closed may not create a new account.
5. You must confirm that you are using this platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tk11 is ৳500. Payment methods currently accepted are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Each deposit must be sent from your own mobile banking account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is the same for all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Supported withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same. Any amount earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — the wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed. A bonus is never direct cash; it is a conditional benefit.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

tk11 regularly offers various promotions for members, such as the weekly tk11 Deposit Festival (up to 50%, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 15x), the tk11 Slot Fun Bonus (up to 30%, maximum ৳3,000, wagering 20x), and the weekend tk11 Cricket Dhamaka (up to 25%, maximum ৳4,000, wagering 12x). Separate terms apply for each offer.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If manipulation or dishonest behaviour is detected in the use of any promotional bonus, the account will be suspended.
• tk11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• A bonus amount is never directly withdrawable — only winnings earned from the bonus after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on tk11, it is your responsibility to check your balance before each bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though different rules may apply for certain games. In sports betting, bets remain pending until the result is determined.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots Rules

The rules of the relevant studio apply to live casino games. The RTP and other information for slot games can be found on the game's information page. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, tk11's decision on the outcome will be final.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events are determined in accordance with announcements from the official governing body. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake for that bet may be refunded — however, specific rules may vary by event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk11. tk11 reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit the associated balance if any of these prohibitions are violated:

• Operating multiple accounts or playing using a third party's account.
• Fraudulently exploiting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Knowingly providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by tk11

In the event of a breach of these terms, tk11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. An account may be temporarily suspended while under investigation. The valid balance of a permanently closed account will be returned, however any amount earned through bonuses or prohibited activities will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account themselves. After the request is made, the support team will complete the process via live chat or email. A request for self-exclusion or temporary closure is also possible — see the responsible gambling guidelines for details.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, a power outage, or other technical reasons, tk11 reviews the situation according to its own server logs. The game result as recorded on the server will be considered final.

If there is an error in a game's software and a win is obtained by exploiting that error, the win will be considered void. Some services may be temporarily unavailable during site maintenance — tk11 is not liable for this.

12 Amendment and Changes to Terms

tk11 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or through the platform. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
